Kai is a serial entrepreneur who has overseen the start-up and successful operation of several companies in both China and Europe. He is the founder of Kylin Prime Group, Huawen Foundation, Kylin Prime Fund, Ousheng & Partners and The Chinese Weekly.

Mr Donald has over 20 years experience in FX market at leadership level. He has worked on every level in an FX trading environment office from back office, through FX trading desks to Head of FX, demonstrating risk discipline, leadership, and the market knowledge required to succeed in this environment. He was CEO of The London Academy of Trading, which delivers FX trading training to MSc and MBA level, where he had leadership, strategic and financial accountability, and governance responsibilities. Duncan holds an ACI Dealing Certificate. In the UK, he is an FCA approved person to carry out the controlled function CF30 (Customer Function).
