Kylin Real Estate Fund I L.P is established and registered as an English private fund limited with a view to facilitating Chinese investment into United Kingdom through the purchase and development of commercial properties.

The fund has been authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The Fund’s objective is to provide attractive, long-term investment returns to investors by creating a diversified international portfolio of commercial properties and/or multi-unit property in the Prime London area. The Fund is seeking to raise £20 million from Investors with a term of five years. Where opportunities prevailing in the UK commercial and residential property markets have a reasonable prospect of enhanced projected return, Kylin proposes to extend the investment period by up to two additional one year periods.

Malta Government Securities Fund has received an ‘In Principle’ approval from the Malta Financial Services Authority. It is a distinct sub-fund of Kylin Prime SICAV p.l.c. Administrator of the Fund is BOV Fund Services Limited, Custodian and Banker of the Fund is Bank of Valletta p.l.c., auditor is PricewaterhouseCoopers Malta, Saliba Stafrace Legal is the lead legal adviser.
